Heaven's Playground Has a New Angel Today!

As you all may know, Layla Grace lost her battle to the BIG, BAD, UGLY, NO GOOD Cancer MONSTER this morning. It's with a heavy heart that I would like to ask that all of you PLEASE pray for her little sisters who just don't understand. I also ask that you pray for the strength for her mommy and daddy as they are about to face something much harder than the cancer that baby Layla fought; laying her to rest. Something that NO mommy or daddy should EVER have to do.

For the next several weeks, Miss Things Boutique will have a place for you to send donations to the family to help with their medical expenses and anything else that they may need to help them move forward. In honor of this sweet angel now in Heaven, we want to ask from one family to another today to kiss your babies a little more, hug them a little tighter and love them a little longer than you ususally do. Maybe even take a second out of your busy schedules and just listen to them sleeping. It is the most precious sound on Earth.

What's Haute in 2010?

Well guys...

We made it through another amazing year thanks to ALL of you. So, what did we do while we were out.....

So for the last 3 days, I have been fighting Strep Throat that was so graciously given to me by my daughter, Brookelyn and given to her from her brother Gaven. Ahhh yes...Who got it the worst? Mommy, of course. I guess that is what happens when you have 5 kids! Hahaha! Ya know, I have always just wanted to make matching shirts for me and my hubby poo that simply says, "BREEDERS" and "yes, they are all 5 mine!" I mean really? Don't ya just love going places and people say, "are all of those yours?" I am SO not going there but our Atlanta Native, Jeff Foxworthy would have had a field day with that one!

So anyhow, let's get serious. Before all of the 1000+mg of Augmentin and Lidocaine throat numbing (short for "sure to make you barf from taste") medications, I have been INSANELY busy doing 2 things.

1: Designing TONS of new great things for the 2-0-1-0 to be shot by some of our TOP photographers and...

2: Patiently(NOT) waiting on Summit Entertainment, LLC to give us their graces to call our AWESOME NEW LINE exclusively designed by Miss Things Boutique something other than Vampire Wear!

I mean really? Did they really have to take such a long vacation? Just tell me how much it is going to cost me to call my new line what i want and I will write the check. My LORD! My customers and fans are about to BURST! (ok-ok..I AM ABOUT TO BURST!) hahahaha! Don't tell my hubby poo that I am STILL TALKING ABOUT EDWARD! BTW, you all can thank one of my BFF's over at Miss Priss Tutus for starting this CRAZY, SICK OBSESSION that I have with Edward Cullen. I remember laughing hysterically at her for making tutus and t-shirts for her and her friends just to go see the newest release!

Enough about me and Edward. I am SURE that by now he has broken the news to Bella about the 2 of us.

Miss Things Boutique Pageant Princesses To Compete in 5 Divisions for the Miss Candy Cane and Miss Snow Queen Pageants!

Although we are a little late, we would like to wish ALL of our girls the BEST of luck in tomorrow's Candy Cane Pageant! We are so proud to represent ALL of you and can't wait to see those crowns!

Miss Brookelynn will be in the 2 y/o division. Special thanks to her mom Kimberly for allowing Miss Things Boutique to design for you! We are so proud to be sponsoring/representing you! We wanna see you shake it like you did the other night when you picked up your dress sweet girl!




Miss Alexis will be in the 3 y/o division! What can we say? We want to see you give kissy face that you are so known for! Don't tell Daddy but, we think you should wear the hat! Hahahaha! Thank you so much Dawn, Matt and Tristen for your continued support of Miss Things Boutique. We could not thank you enough for all of the referrals and so forth that you continue to bring us. Miss Hailey will be in the 4 y/o division. Now that we have you all taken care of sweet baby, there is NO DOUBT that you are going to be the MOST BEAUTIFUL angel in purple that ANY of those judges have EVER seen! We want to see another crown baby girl! If the dress doesn't do it for you, we are SURE those beautiful eyes will win their hearts! SO MANY thank yous are due to Dallas and Mark for allowing us to make this dress just perfect for her. She is an absolute angel baby in it even if you did almost STARVE waiting on the "perfect fit!" ;) How was Taco Mac BTW?

Miss Josie will be in the 5 y/o division and boy are those girls in trouble! Believe me when I tell you that you will be seeing a TON of Miss Josie on our website soon! What an absolute ANGEL. We are so excited to have the opportunity to work with you sweet baby and are looking forward to sponsoring you again in the VERY NEAR future! Thank you so much to her mom Michelle for allowing us to not only design for you but, to allow us to have such a GORGEOUS NEW MODEL for our website and marketing! Finally, Miss Ansley! WORK IT GIRL!!! She will be in the 6 y/o division. We are SO GLAD that you will FINALLY be in a division where the little girls look somewhat your age! Ah-hahaha! We totally want to see how well the crown is going to match! ;) As always, special thanks to mom Kathy for all of your dedication to Miss Things Boutique. BTW mom, I received a letter from Santa asking about some pettiskirts for Ansley. I told him that I was pretty darn sure that she had been a good girl this year.

3 New Crowns For Miss Things Boutique!

Miss Things Boutique would like to congratulate our 3 little angels that won the pageant this past weekend. These little princesses won most beautiful outfit in all 3 categories,(wooo-whoooo!)
