Little Miss Yan Nashville Children's Photographer May 24, 2009
This little angel is a beautiful young lady. For those of you who do not know, I am a photographer who is affiliated with The Littlest Heroes Project. Here is a quick little excerpt from their website, I probably wouldn’t word it as great as they do.

The Littlest Heroes Project is a non-profit based organization founded in January 2008, made up of professional photographers nationwide that provide free photo sessions to our nations Littlest Heroes. This is our way of giving back and taking a stand for these children who sometimes feel forgotten because of their illnesses. We are here to let them know that they are heroes to many, and to share their inspirational stories and photos with the world.
Without further ado… this is Yan. Yan was born with down syndrome and congenital heart disease. She is a fighter and a strong wonderful little girl. AND SHE HAS SASS!!!!!! Love it! We had a fun time playing at the park, but we first had to make time for mommy and me time. This one makes me smile!
Look at those big beautiful eyes!
Then we played in her super fun princess outfit! Doesn’t she look like she’s saying, “I know I’m gorgeous! DUH!”? hehe!!

Looking away… Don’t be surprised if she becomes a model. AND SASS!! “Umm… Are we done yet?” hehe!!
I am so honored to have been able to be a part of this wonderful girl’s life. A quick shout out to my wonderful and amazing Pettiskirt vendor, Angie of Miss Things Boutique. She donated the beautiful princess pettiskirt and top as a wonderful surprise to this little girl. Yan is at an age where she loves dressing up and I am so thankful to have a wonderful vendor who is willing to step it up for a great cause. Thank you Angie!!
Stephanie
